What is DAISEY?
DAISEY is a web-based shared measurement system designed to support large-scale initiatives that span programs, partners, and funding streams. Built and hosted at the University of Kansas, DAISEY provides a secure, HIPAA‑compliant infrastructure for collecting, managing, and using individual-level data.

Built to support implementation
DAISEY is implemented in partnership with a cross-disciplinary team at the University of Kansas Center for Public Partnerships and Research (CPPR). Implementation includes:
- Establishing data governance, confidentiality, and data-sharing agreements
- Selecting and aligning common measures and outcome indicators
- Integrating DAISEY into program workflows or existing data systems
- Providing training and ongoing technical assistance
- Supporting reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement
DAISEY combines flexible technology with hands-on support to help partners build systems that work in practice—supporting coordination across organizations and clearer understanding of outcomes over time.
